Kinzua Resources produces and sells one of the oldest and most respected brands of lumber in Oregon- Kinzua- manufactured at one of the most technologically advanced sawmills in the Eastern Oregon.

The Kinzua operations were established in 1928 in what was then one of the state's original company towns. In 1994 Kinzua was acquired and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Frontier Resources, an independent forest products company headquartered in Eugene, Oregon. Kinzua and Frontier Resources own significant timber holdings throughout Oregon, and practice sound land management and responsible stewardship of resources while producing the highest quality lumber products available.

Kinzua Resource's Pilot Rock, Oregon sawmill produces over 100 million board feet of high-quality, Kiln Dried furniture commons, shop lumber, laminating stock and dimension lumber, from species that include Douglas Fir, Larch, Ponderosa Pine, Hem Fir, Lodgepole Pine and Poplar.

The Kinzua sawmill is strategically located off Interstate 84, on a rail line with a major railroad switching facility nearby.
