Kinzua and its parent company, Frontier Resources, own and manage significant timber holdings throughout Oregon. Most of this timber stands in eastern Oregon, where slow growth patterns produce a finer, tighter grained log and yield a more desirable end product.

Kinzua actively manages its timberlands to enhance growing conditions and tree health and maintain the diversity of its timber assets, which are made up of superior species including ponderosa pine, Douglas fir, western larch and white fir. Kinzua aggressively replants after harvesting using selected seedling stock to ensure a future timber supply, protect watersheds and help clean our vital air.
